Summer Maldonado

About Me

This is my sixth year teaching 6th-grade math at SCJH! Altogether, I have been teaching for 25 years and hold certifications in Elementary Education (K-6), ESE, and ESOL. I have a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University (Go Hoosiers!) and a Master’s degree from Olivet University. My husband and I have two children, Colin and Grace. Colin attends Indian River State College and runs his own LEGO business, while Grace is a junior at SRHS and plays volleyball for the Sharks! Our family also includes two Corgis, Chewy and Smokey! When I’m not at school, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, attending church, and taking trips to Disney!
