Joe Mills

Mr. Mills Is excited to be Sebastian Charter Junior High’s Principal.  Mr. Mills was born and raised in Indian River County.  He has experience serving schools in various roles including principal, assistant principal, and behavior specialist.  Mr. Mills taught math, science, social studies, and special education in the elementary, middle school, and high school settings.  He earned his Education Specialist Degree from Bowling Green State University, his Master's Degree from Nova Southeastern University, and his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Central Florida.
