Directions and Address

Please come visit us and take a tour of our facility. We are located at 782 Wave Street in Sebastian, Florida.

If you are coming from U.S. 1, please head west on County Road 512. You will want to stay in the left lane as you will be making a left onto Fleming Street. Continue on Fleming, past the Bank of America and the shopping center, to Wave Street- your first right. We are located directly on the right.

If you are coming from I-95, please exit the Sebastian/Fellsmere exit and head east on County Road 512. You will pass McDonald's, a school, and several shopping centers before you come to Fleming Street. Make a right onto Fleming and continue past the bank and the shopping center until you come to Wave Street- your first right. SCJH is directly to your right.
